With the official SIXPAD app, you can visualize the muscles you are training with the SIXPAD devices. You can also see the elapsed time and remaining time of your training, allowing you to always know the status of your workout.

◆ Earn Points and Badges Based on Your Training
The effort and effectiveness of your training are visualized with a unique value called "mp (Muscle Points)". After completing a training session, you can earn mp (Muscle Points) based on your training content. If you meet certain conditions, you can also earn badges as a result of your efforts, which you can collect.

◆ Record Daily Training Information
Your training results are automatically recorded on the dashboard. You can check the days you have trained on the calendar, as well as the body parts trained, mp (Muscle Points) earned, and badges obtained.
