• Remote control of SIXPAD devices
Use SIXPAD Official App to remotely operate the devices including configuring level settings and starting or pausing training sessions.
It can also synchronise multiple devices and train various areas of your body simultaneously.

• Training visualisation
To increase the effect of training, it is important to be aware of the areas you are exercising. SIXPAD Official App allows you to visualise the muscles you are exercising with your SIXPAD devices. It shows you the time you have exercised as well as how much time remains, so you always know how your session is going.

・Earn points and badges by training
Your training efforts and efficacy are visualised using our unique MPs, or muscle points.
On completion of a training session, you can collect an amount of MPs (muscle points) that varies according to the content of that session.
When meeting conditions, you will also get badges which you can collect as the result of your efforts.

• Training advice from specialists in a variety of fields
Expert advice on beauty, health and training will be provided by experts in a variety of fields such as sports medicine, personal training and nutritional physiology.
